Ingredients :
-150 g of millet flour
-50g softened butter
-50g of plain cashew butter
-60g of natural cashew powder
-75g of sugar
-2 apples
-4 CASE of baobab powder
-1/2 glass of water
Preparation :
-Peel and cut the apples into small pieces, mix them with 4 CASE of baobab powder and ½ glass of water, caramelize them in a saucepan over low heat.
-Meanwhile, mix the millet flour, softened butter and sugar in a bowl. The cashew butter, and the natural cashew powder from SENAR, mix everything together to obtain a sandy paste.
-In an ovenproof mold (preheat to 180 degrees), put the caramelized apples, then cover with the sandy dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes, serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
