Ingredients :
-Pastry
-2kg of apples
-Raisins
-1 bag of sesame cashew pralines
-Cinnamon
-2 eggs
-Granulated sugar
Preparation :
-Preheat your oven to 210ºC (th.7)
-Wash, peel the apples then, on a kitchen board, cut them into uneven pieces of about 2cm.
-Put your dough in a pie pan.
- Line the bottom of your dough with a first layer of apples.
-Sprinkle these fruits with cinnamon then powdered sugar.
-Then cover with the rest of the apples and pack everything carefully.
-Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
-In a bowl, break the 2 eggs, beat them into an omelette and pour them over the pie.
-Bake for 20 min then reduce the oven temperature to 180º C (th.6)
- Continue cooking in the oven for another 25 minutes then reduce the temperature.
