Ingredients :
-150g of butter
-150g of sugar
-6 eggs
-100g of SENAR cashew powder
-Cajoutella SENAR
-300g of wheat flour
-15g of Yeast
-2 Lemons
-5cl of liquid cream
Preparation :
Whisk the softened butter, sugar and zest of 2 lemons
Add eggs and whisk again
Then in order: cashew powder, flour, yeast, juice of 2 lemons, yeast and finally the liquid cream
Butter and flour your mold then bake for 20-30min at 180 degrees
Unmold then cover your cake with cAddella on top
Decorate with slivers of cashew nuts and whipped cream mixed with a bit of coutilella.
