Ingredients :

300g chocolate

150g of butter

3 eggs

70g flour

80g of sugar

30g cocoa

2 or 3 tbsp of plain cashew paste (Senar)

Preparation :

1-Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.

Add in order the sugar, the cocoa, the eggs (one by one), then the flour.

2-Put the dough in a mold with parchment paper.

Put the cashew paste in the microwave for 2 minutes, to make it a little more flexible.

3-Then add hazelnuts of cashew paste over the brownie batter and, with the back of a small spoon, mix them lightly into the brownie batter.

4-Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. (You have to take the tray out early enough for the brownies to be softer).
