Ingredients :

-38 cl of unsweetened condensed milk (whole)

-50g brown sugar and 25g cashew powder

-50g cashew pepper

-2 teaspoons of rose water

To prepare Indian Cashew Pepper Ice Cream

-Heat the milk with the sugar, whisking until the sugar is dissolved.

-Remove and cool.

- Roast the nuts in a pan (dry), coarsely crush.

-Mix milk, cashew powder, cashew pepper, rose water.

-Pour into ramekins. Put in the freezer.

-After 1 hour with a spoon, stir so that the nuts are well in the ice cream, renew, until the ice cream sets.
