Recipe: Shortbread with CAddella

Sablés Cajoutella


  • 1 egg 250g of flour 150g butter at room temperature 125g caster sugar A pinch of salt 1 jar of cAddella 1 - First mix the flour, sugar, salt and egg until you get a sandy mixture. 2 - Add the butter in small pieces. 3 - Form a ball, put a tea towel on it and leave to rest for 30 min to 1 hour in a cool place. 4 - Preheat your oven to 180⁰C. 5 - Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3mm and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. 6 - Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper. 7 - Put the cookies in the oven for 15min wait until they are slightly golden before taking them out. 8 - Remove the biscuits from the baking paper and let them cool. 9 - Once cooled, take 2 biscuits and put (generously) the cadjuvantella dough on them. 10 - Treat yourself! ;)
