NATURAL COOKING OVER A WOOD FIRE

Our peanuts and cashews are roasted in a refractory stone oven heated over a wood fire. A cooking method is very healthy because it reduces to zero the risk of contamination by combustion residues (no gas, no sand, no smoke). It naturally gives our nuts a lot of crunch without adding fat and gives our peanuts and cashews an inimitable wood-fire flavor.
